What plans does Hestiaa offer?

A Free tier with basic live viewing, and Premium plans with cloud recording, extended event history, multi-camera support, and advanced parental controls. Pricing is shown in the app.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Go to Account Settings → Subscription in the app or web portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. All transactions are processed securely.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from Account Settings before the renewal date.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support@hestiaa.com within 7 days of a new paid subscription for a full refund. Refunds after this period are assessed case-by-case.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Via Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Where can I find my invoices?

Under Account Settings → Billing History. PDF invoices are available for every transaction.

I was charged incorrectly. What should I do?

Contact legal@hestiaa.com immediately with your account email and a description of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.

Is my payment information stored securely?

Hestiaa does not store full card details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers — your financial information is never accessible to Hestiaa staff.
